Did you know that next Sunday , the 28th September is National Trails Day and there are a range of family friendly trail walking events taking place in Wicklow as well as nationwide. The aim of the national trail day is to encourage folks to be more active and explore the beautiful countryside of Ireland in which we live.

Some of the activiities include orienteering, mountainbiking, centenary walks and good old rambling! For details on all of these events go to the national trails day website here :
