Peter Marks Evening Class, Arklow Wicklow

Yours truly was in two minds about having her hair done – should I dare approach a Wicklow hair salon or should I avoid at all costs in order to try to keep length?

Always a dilemma, but frankly my hair was shot to pieces due to my extreme dyeing nature. I just love to change with the seasons, unforunately ** years later, my hair is not so sure…

Anyway, basically I wanted to keep my hair growing and getting longer , which it seems to be doing at last, but it definately needed tidying up. so I guess I needed a trim eh?

Now, recession and all, and just for a trim, I am not gonna spend over 30 quid for this ( usual price around 30-60 depending on where you go (Wicklow – Wexford vicinity) ) so I decided to book in for a training class in Peter Marks Hair Salon located in the Arklow Bridgewater Shopping Centre.

To cut a long story short ( ha ha ) I was very impressed.

Firstly, the welcome was lovely and friendly ( okay the receptionist seemed a bit down-in-the-mouth but I have a friend who did that job once so I understand..), and the student in question immediately made herself known to me and proceeded to ask me what I was looking for etc etc.

This bit I liked- (as I had rushed from work to beat the traffic!), she washed my hair whilst my chair MASSAGED ME!! Incidentally she told me what was gonna happen first in regard to the massage chair which was very nice as one may not want that to be a suprise…

She was extremely efficient – so much so that I hadn’t quite realised she had already cut my hair!! and the result- well, my man is currently kissing my head so you can figure that out yourselves eh?!!

Absolutely fantastic it is – I LOVE IT!

How she got my bedraggeled head to look super lovely is mindblowing! I reckon she has a great future ( Unfortunatley I didn’t quite catch her name but she has dark hair and a friendly manner – sorry!)

I am very very very very happy with my new haircut!

Overall? Recommended – Well Done Peter Marks, Arklow.

Peter Marks Hair Salon is located in the Bridgewater Shopping Centre, Arklwo Co Wicklow

Tel: 0402 41189.
Open Sundays 12 – 5pm , late opening Thurs and Fri. Student classes held on Monday evenings starting at 5pm – you must book ahead.
