A group of local chefs taking part in this celebration share the ethos of seasonal and locally sourced quality food. So treat your palate to a truly enjoyable and memorable experience by tasting the best of Irish food at Gourmet Greystones.

Exciting events confirmed for this year include;

  • Black Pudding making workshop with Jack McCarthy (Knight of the Boudoin Noir).
  • Sausage Making workshop with Ed Hick.
  • A workshop on growing your own vegetables in a small garden.
  • A series of cooking demonstrations including one with Catherine Fulvio.
  • Wicklow Masterchef Competition titled “Wicklow on a Plate” sponsored by Failte Ireland
